Our TY students have won success again this year at the UCD Irish Young Philosopher Awards!
The following students were acknowledged at the awards ceremony for their submissions and awards will be given out in June:
Irish Young Philosopher Award Grand Prize: Runner Up: Sean Radcliffe with his project 'Wheels or Doors?'
Small Group Project Prize: Runner Up: Harry Stewart, Cormac Hannon and Owen Taylor with their project 'Why do we value art that is not conventionally beautiful?'
3rd and 4th Year Category: Runner Up: Justin Ikwu with his project 'Toxic Positivity'
3rd and 4th Year Category: Winner: Sean Radcliffe with his project 'Wheels or Doors?'
3rd and 4th Year Category: Highly Commended: Zach Keenan with his project 'The philosophy of choice' 3rd and 4th Year Category: Highly Commended: Toby Burns with his project 'What is the meaning of life?' The following students were announced as finalists in the International Philosopher Awards on Trust. The winner will be announced in June.
