We invite you to join us in taking part in ‘Darkness into Light’ at sunrise on Saturday 8 May. While we must run this event at home, we aim to make this a whole school event and encourage all to walk, run, cycle or swim 10km to help create awareness on the work that Pieta House do. If you have any any photographs on the day, please send them to library@gonzaga.ie.
Pieta’s vision is a world where suicide, self-harm and stigma have been replaced by hope, self-care and acceptance. By supporting them you will allow us to strive to make this a reality. (More information on the charity’s website.)
With donors' support Pieta House has been able to give hope to over 50,000 people since they first opened their doors in 2006. All services (one-to-one counselling, 24-hour helpline, SBLO service, training and education) are provided free of charge. This is only possible because of donors, like you.
