To mark Bike Week 2022, we carried out a travel survey on Wednesday 18 May. Cycling was the most popular way of getting to school, with 33% of the 291 students surveyed having cycled that morning. The next most popular transport options were public transport (29%) and walking (18%). We are very glad that so many students choose active and sustainable transport.
As part of the survey we asked students why they cycle, and a team of TY students from the Green Schools Committee compiled their responses into this poster. Well done to the artists Justin Ikwu, Harry Stewart, Seán Radcliffe and Owen Taylor.
