The Linguistics Olympiad allows you test your mind on puzzles in logic, language and linguistics. It’s a problem solving challenge. You will be afforded the opportunity of developing strategies to solve complex problems in unfamiliar languages from around the world.
No prior knowledge of either linguistics or foreign languages is required.
The competition is open to all Gonzaga College students.
Past participants from Gonzaga College have represented Ireland in England (2013), China (2014), Bulgaria (2015), India (2016) and Ireland (2017).
